    So, if he meets incentives, he's the 4th highest paid QB in the league and he's never thrown a pass in the NFL. Awesome.

    We need a rookie salary cap...stat!

    That is strictly insane. Seriously, it is getting out of hand. Hopefully they do something about this soon. You should never get paid more coming out of the draft, then someone already proven to be an elite player in the NFL. It should never, ever, ever, happen.

    I can't believe they still don't have a system where each pick is a slotted amount of money. I hate the NBA but it's time the NFL follows suit in terms of what they do.
