I know a lot of you hate ESPN.. but McShays new mock draft has the Jets taking Moreno at 17, And pettigrew falling out of the top 23 with the eagles taking the RB McCoy.. There are also rumors saying that the eagles would trade up to sure up Moreno. What would you think of trading down to 21 and drafting Petti and gain possibly a 3rd rounder in the process...

In addition they have Sanchez falling to 13 to the Skins.. not sure why McShay said if Sanchez fell to 8 Jets were trading up.. but now has him at 13 and said nothing about the Jets trading up..

I'm all for trading down, taking BPA and grabbing another early pick for Day2.

Are you currently watching ESPN? because that mock they are doing now (sounds identical btw) is not Mcshay's mock, they are calling a bunch of beat reporters that follow the teams and having them give the pick. hence the reason Mccoy who instead of falling into the late second or even to the third, is getting picked at 21, and Sanchez falls to 13. They don't allow any trades to be made, so they simply just are forced to take a player, and since the jags, pack, 49ers, bills and broncos beat reporting "GM" didnt select sanchez, he fell to 13. Also Beanie wells went ahead of Moreno at 16 just random things....

The NFL draft is kind of like the stock market. You have countless "experts" slicing, dicing, and splicing the evidence every which way, and pontificating with a so-called "insider" look, but in the end... The common man's guess is pretty much as reliable as any of the expert's predictons.

Would take Moreno, would also welcome a trade down to take BP. I'm for a lot of things apart from trading up using our picks and taking Sanchez.

Much as I like Moreno, 9 times out of 10 I'd opt to trade down for more picks

    I agree.

The real draft will be nothing like these so called mock drafts.

True, but at the same time, if it was not for these mock drafts, we would have nothing to talk about.....so as much as they are probably going to be 95% incorrect. I'm happy to have them
