Harvin likely would have been there at 17 regardless. We won't be able to get anything for someone to trade up for him. It's more likely that someone would want to trade up for a QB at the position.
I think a team like Tennessee would love to get Harvin. IDK maybe it's just wishful thinking but there's probably some team that views Harvin as the "missing piece" on their offense and would love to trade into our 17 spot to get him. I don't think so I think Harvin is gonna be a complete BUST in the NFL and if we draft him over Britt, Nicks, Gilbert, etc. I'd go insane
In my opinion, Harvin would fit best on a team that plays indoor on a faster surface - Minnesota and New Orleans are two teams that come to mind.
