Oh now your being normal, you bastard, I like olives on my pizza, is that weird? WR can be an issue, but they arent trying to get any vets, Boldin would be awesome, QB I'm not worried about, I honestly think Clemens wont be as bad as most say, I mean he played one season with no Oline, and horrible coaching calls, because we saw the same type of offense three years in a row, with Penny, Clemens and Favre and they'd always do something like throw a screen pass on 3rd and 29. Not knowing it was the coaches fault until Favre came in, because we all thought Penny had no arm and Clemens was just retarded. Not having a good OLine can be damaging to a young QB mentally, constantly having to worry about getting destroyed in the back field with no faith in your protection, look at what happened to David Carr, he looked as he would turn out to be a great quarter back, but after getting sacked like 70 times three seasons in a row, it strains your body and mind, I don't think Clemens will be completely incapable of making 20 solid throws a game, and I like that he's big and very mobile, and can take hits, his awareness didn't seem too bad either. Shit can go real bad, but I think and hope maybe one time it'll be the other way around, it cant always go fucking wrong.
i love how people say thomas jones isnt that good....he was amongst the best in the league last year!
"i love how people say thomas jones isnt that good....he was amongst the best in the league last year!" Id never say Thomas Jones and Best in the league in the same sentence. He had a career year last year, but there is no way we'll see anything like that this year. Hes a grinder, not a game breaker. I can think of at least 10-15 other guys I'd rather have in our backfield. Guys, the Jets are far from being ok. No QB, no WR's, no pass rushing DE's, and no punter just to name a few. Its gonna be another one of those seasons.
