Cutler, McDaniels in no hurry to make peace

    It doesn't appear Jay Cutler and Josh McDaniels are in any hurry to sit down and discuss their differences. Monday came and went and Cutler, the Broncos' fourth-year quarterback, and McDaniels, the Broncos' first-year head coach, have yet to gather for their big meeting. Until they do, the drama will continue. Broncos owner Pat Bowlen was scheduled to speak with Cutler by phone Saturday. The Broncos would not confirm whether that conversation took place, and Cutler could not be reached. The Broncos will begin their offseason conditioning program Monday. At stake for Cutler is a $100,000 bonus if he attends at least 90 percent of the workouts. Cutler has said he is not upset McDaniels tried to trade him away in a three-way deal that would have brought quarterback Matt Cassel from New England to Denver.
