Here's a list: Mets fans People who bitch about the Yankees People who bitch about Yankee fans (granted, you can feel free to bitch about the ones who jumped on the bandwagon from 96 on, but those of us who suffered the 80s deserve to see what we did at the end of the century.) People who jumped on the Red Sox bandwagon simply because it was another way to fight the Yankees. People who bitch about the speed of the game in baseball, yet still watch it People who don't understand baseball because they never actually played it at a competitive level People who talk about hockey as though it was a big deal People who dog basketball players but don't mention LeBron James, or the player that Iverson became, or Vince Carter/Jason Kidd/Richard Jefferson, or the fact that Alonzo came back after being seriously ill People with poor spelling or poor grammar, especially when they try to point out someone else's mistakes The Jets and Giants in New Jersey New Jersey period The gawd-awfulest stadium in all of professional sports...Shea The sorry Mets who needed to bring in a Yankee to fix the sorry organization Hell I can go on all night...
I guess that I can say I hate Yankee fans that bitch about the Mets too ahem ahem. And a Yankee didn't come in and fix our "sorry organization" an ex-Expo GM did... was Willie the one with his little "hispanic pride" that brought in guys like Pedro and Beltran? No way they would have been here if Duquette/Randolph was the GM/Manager and we would still suck.
You are aware that you misspelled atrocious? I mean god forbid there should be bad grammar. Who cares about spelling though? Am I rite or am I rite?
To be honest, I don't really hate Mets fans, that much. Really just the ones who piss and moan about "Yankees this, and Yankees that." Is it our fault we have won all those World Series titles? Sure, one could argue that Steinbrenner "bought" a few, even though that is pretty far from the truth, but the vast majority of those titles were earned in the old days, long before million-dollar contracts. I was going to mention the "ex-Expo" being part of the newfound success, but I thought that might have been hitting way too below the belt  (BTW: Bringing in Pedro was a great move. I desperately wanted him to wear pinstripes. The Mets knew what they were doing, but don't think ol'Willie didn't have a large hand in that move. He watched Pedro pitch against his team for years. He knew how special Pedro is.)
