http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/player_main.aspx?sport=NFL&hl=140582&id=3671 I don't know about you guys, but this guy is physical, young, and definitely a nice corner. little bit of a rough season last year, but still has a lot of potential. I know we have Lito, but Cromartie might be a nice addition for a long term guy. Right now, we got Lito for a pretty good price, so its not to much of a burden on the cap. Why not add a guy like Cromartie to give us a big physical corner opposite of Revis, for some depth to finish out his original contract with two more years left? quite a bit of money, but I like what he would bring to the table. thoughts?
Well, you said it. Sheppard and Revis. Plus he will cost draft picks and a huge contract. Really, he is not that good, great athlete but not real good in coverage which kinda bad, being that he is a cornerback. PASS
that's true. I'm curious as to see what San Diego will want for him. I loved Lito, but his past of injuries worry me. I'm just worried he will get hurt this season, and we will have to use lowery again as our #2 cb
apparently not... in miamipuck's amazing thread i mentioned this due to this fact... people are just blind i guess
I didn't think there was a thread already on this. I just read it on Rotoworld and thought it was new, and thought it would be worth sharing.
More of an athlete then a football player, gets picks but lacks coverage skills to be consistantly good
I always thought he was a product of the great pass rush they had with Merriman and Phillips. I think he'd be a pretty good safety but he'd cost way too many draft picks
Starting to sound like Al Davis here. Just buy any and every CB that ever played the game. Draft the others who haven't.
As far as talent goes few are more talented then him. He has great speed and hands and San Diego would be stupid to give up on a young corner for Drayton Flrence, but with that being said we just got Lito so there aint no way he's coming here.
he gets torched all the time... he's not that good. i suggested bringing him here and moving him to safety.
