All this hate on Baker is ridiculous. Complain all you want about his contract, but on the field he was solid. He's a good blocker and he was always clutch, especially in the endzone. His lack of productivity had nothing to do with his abilities. The Touchdown-Maker was a Jet for 7 years and deserves some respect, dammit.
Good post. I hate how everyone throws guys to the curb once they lave the Jets but he had his chance w/ 2 different regimes and was never a big time TE. He's a solid TE, teams can do alot worse and I hope we get him back.
