Mike Pettine New Jets DC

    living only 1hr outside of B-more and working in the City I get to hear alot about the Ravens and get alot of coverage of them, Ryan is going to be a intense HC (something I think this club will thrive around) Pettine was a great High School HC from the Pittsburgh area and while working under Ryan (even during the Billick times) has had to learn alot from him, wouldn't be surprised to see this defensive unit being in the top 5 at seasons end come 09'....personally I'm looking forward to Ryan leading this franchise :jets:

    I think Schotty Jr has potential but I would rather have Mike Martz as OC before the Pats get him

    Mike Martz in New England?

    I doubt it.....

    His system requires that the QB take alot of punishment. Brady's rebuilt knee will put the kabosh to that.

    Also can you see Martz and Belichek's ego fit in the same room? Uh..no

    If Belichek was able to get results from a handpicked wunderkind like Josh McDaniels, he'll find someone just as good as well as cheaper.

    Antwan Barnes, yes, I know him. hes a beast and I was applauding the Ravens for a great value pick. aggressive, physical, good against the run. athletic in zone coverage decent in man coverage.

    Truly, Gholston has no excuses. If he can't do well within this defense with these coaches, then he absolutely is a bust.

    Great news. Sutton leaving is addition by subtraction, but adding the Ravens' LB coach is not a bad choice at all.
