there are very few times you ever hear fans or experts say that a team just hired a terrible coach or made a terrible decision. every coach hired is a great hire, according to fans and pundits. even Rob Marinelli was applauded when hired in Detroit, so I'll reserve my judgment or excitement for a couple of years on this hire.

I graduated from UNH in '01, small world. I've heard that alot of things have changed there recently, most importantly getting rid of that awful President. What are you going for?

Sadly, as Jets fans, it has come to that kind of thinking. I agree too. My friend was like, "Nice! Thats the guy you wanted. You excited?" I was like not yet. Lets win some games first.

maybe we will get a coach who will get in the players faces when they fuck up and not stand on the sideline and chew gum like an idiot.

Well, Cleveland apparently has an affinity for mastication prowess.

What you can look at is his body of work with Baltimore and you could tangibly see that they play an aggressive style of defense that gives multiple looks and creates chaos for the opposing offense.

That is what the Jets need at this juncture. Nobody can really know for sure how he'll turn out, but I'd say we got the right guy considering the circumstances.

i crave for our defense to create chaos. nothing gets the stadium fired up like big defensive plays. i hope he turns revis and rhodes into ballhawks like his guys in baltimore were

Yeah i would say he's a pretty good hire. The guy clearly knows defense and he's got coaching in his blood ala Buddy Ryan. He shut down plenty of good offenses year in and year out so good for you guys.

How could you make your screen name after someone who didn't know what language they spoke in England? He is even dumber than he is ugly.
