the more I think about it them more he makes sense because lets be honest if Vince Lombardi had Matt Millen as his general manager he would suck to. I think he would be a good fit he commands a locker room (providing TO is not in it) Plus its not like he has to rebuild the entire team. I know this sounds selfish but the Jets job is appealing (under certain conditions) Even with Favre Marriuchi was considered for the packers job and he runs a west coast offense that Favre had in Green bay for all of those years. He could be a very good fit
After Mangini (I know this sounds bad) but all I want in a head coach is emotion. Anything else is a plus. I just want a coach that demands, and gets respect. Mangini was the softest spoken, sissiest looking head coach figure I have ever had to support.
Mooch would be an awesome coach,he wouldn't sit on his ass and chew gum as the team implodes either. He would be chewin some major ass,a team needs to be inspired. Mooch could deffinately inspire,I hate it when a coach has no fire. But that wouldn't be the problem with Mooch, unlike this past year there would be players benched if they didn't get their shit together.
I just remembered I made this thread. Good times. Oddly enough, not one mentiion of Rex Ryan or the thought of him as a possible head coaching candidate in this thread.
Yeah, I have no idea why this thread was necro'd either. But I do know Mariucci is an awful coach and would have kept us in the cellar. He wasn't that great with the 49ers and even mediocre when he coached Cal. Other than his charisma I couldn't understand why NFL teams were interested in him.
I am glad Mr. T and Woody make decisions, not poster. Marucci or Rex, let me see???? We would still have Favre, ass wipe
