Here is something off the topic with everything that is going on with the Jets. I thought why not talk about something different. Who is do you think is better Washington or Sproles?
I don't know, but Larry Fitzgerald is a stud receiver. Check out that TD catch on the flea flicker from Warner today...Wow.
Nice remark, sproles is faster, but i think leon has made more big plays, its really splitting hairs, i'll say this i'd rather have either of them over reggie bush
I guess this isn't adding much to this conversation, but I think all three are pretty similar. I think this year, before he was injured, the Saints had found a pretty sweet spot of how to use Bush. I hope the Jets can figure out how to work in Leon similarly. Get that man the ball like 20+ times per game. Maybe 10 carries, 12 passes, and a few punt returns? Something like that. Leon is fookin' awesome and probably our best offensive weapon. We need to capitalize on his talent!
Leon had a better 40 time coming out of college, Leon is bigger, and better between the tackles. Sproles is might be a better receiver. I'd say they're about equal as return men. Tough call, so Leon because he's plays for the Jets and is slightly more productive.
I'd go with Sproles, since he's probably better at actually playing the running back situation. I could see Sproles as an NFL starter (albeit with a short-yardage back as a complement); I can't really say the same for Washington.
OK, now that Sproles has had a game like this, as much as I love Leon, I may have to say Sproles That is, of course, until the Jets start using Leon in a similar fashion.
Leon and when he gets better coaching he will show everyone how valuable he is. Time to sign him to a long term contract that is cap friendly.
Yeah I feel like Washington could be the next Maurice Jones-Drew if he was just coached better/given more opportunity.
