I would call him in for tryouts and see if he could play as a WR or RB. Then use him and Brad Smith for the Wildcat offense. This was just a joke.

In my opinion, look at what Matt Ryan just did as a rookie with less talent around him than Vick had.....that tells me Vick just didn't have it....his style will only take you so far.

I don't want Vick on this team for so many reasons. The first of which being that Vick is not a good football player.

    2 words ... F**K NO!!!

Michael Vick is a WR/RB with a QB's arm. He is NOT a TRUE QB. He has NO patience in the pocket, even if he had a line.

I would slit my wrists if we signed Michael Vick as QB.

The only place TO and Vick should be in at the same time is a psyche ward. You want these two loons running the offense of the New York Jets?

Get real. Are you really Al Davis? Only he could think this would be a good idea.

Well, here's one good, stupid reason to root for Michael Vick as the next quarterback for your New York Jets:

I will quit rooting for the team in a New York second, and won't post on this message board again!

I am sure that a bunch of you would consider the risk/reward in a situation like that.

No. But not be because of the dogs. You really have to commit to have a "non conventioinal" offense with him. If you make him stand in the pocket and throw you are wasting is talent. If you let him run all the time -- you cant win like that (consistently) in the NFL.

If the guy can play ball and is an upgrade to our current QB situation I have no problem. Bring him in and have him run a conservative run orientated offense and I think he would be successful. They guy is an athlete with a cannon of an arm and speed.....i have no issues with him behind center if he can win games.

He was convicted and paid his dues and lost millions of dollars.....guys doesn't deserve a second chance?

How is this thread getting this many views?

It's a ridiculous question that should not be answered.
