    Learning from the Hacketts, Herms, and Bradways. There is no point to cheer for their firing if they screw up the replacement. No more experiments with position coaches with no coordinating experience. No more retreads that failed miserably elsewhere. For once we need to get this right.

    the job is only half done regarding Mangini's dismissal....the other half won't be complete till we bring in a credible coach that knows what he's doing.

    If the Jets don't hire Cowher I would consider the offseason a huge disappointment.

    You'll need a new coach to complain about. It's never the players fault.....
