Mangini & all of us.

This is a two parter so just bare with me.

First things first, our head coach. This man has completly lost all shread of credabillity as a head coach. He had it all in his hands and after the Broncos game it all went down hill very fast. If they didn't get that gift in the Bills game then it would've been straight to hell. I hope Woody Johnson has enough common sense to fire him now. I am not happy and all of us are not happy to see this team lose the way they did. No imagination to change the game plan. No sense of trick plays. How many times did the Dolphins run that damned wildcat play and remember the old trickery player where Curtis Martin gets the handoff and stops before crossing the line of scrimiage, a flea flicker back to Chad & a bomb down the field. That's the kind of imagination I wanted to see from Mangini & Schotty.

This bastard needs to leave now and bring in someone who has legit experience. Bill Cowher or Brian Bilick should be coaching this team next year. I'm getting sick and tired of complete bullshit being handled at the end of the year. Decent September, o.k. October, awesome November then everything falls into despare and what was gold, turns to ash and crumbles in their hands. Fire that bastard for not getting this team ready against the weaker sides of the league and prepairing them for Miami when they had Seattle first.

Part 2 and this is for all of us.

This is the first time I have seen all Jets fans split in half due to who is the QB of this team. We have a civil war within us folks and it's a battle of Chad Vs Favre. I never thought I would see the day that everyone would be against each other like this. No this isn't typical Gang Green website postings, this is down right nasty and it hurts me to see this. Before you start pointing the fingers at me that I'm involved or whatever, when the season started I thought Chad was going to start the season till the Favre situation ended the way it did in Green Bay. And when I saw him lift up his Green & White Jets Jersey I personally thought that he is an upgrade to Pennington, but I'm not going to forget what Chad did for us as well. Regardless of all the Noodle arm cracks he bled for us and for that he deserves some respect. But when Favre came I haven't seen a QB throw like that for a long time since Vinny Testaverde. I was happy to see him come over and play hard. I want this team to win just as much as you do. Whoever was the QB of this team with great experience in my view I was going to stick with him.

This is a sad state in where the fan base has gotten to. We've all got to a point where it's gone completly over the line. This isn't a darksider talking, this is a Jets fan that was happy, but at the same time being a bit cautious with how this season was going to end and sadly it ended horribly once again.

If Favre does stay then I hope there will be a new head coach ready to come in and take over the reigns. If Favre does retire, then I think it's time to let Brett Ratliff get a chance, because Kellen Clemens is not the future for this Football club.

We have an off-season now to ponder what will happen with this team for next year and a possible draft class to address some needs. Yes I watched the game, but I never wore my Jets jersey as that Seattle game put a very bitter taste in my mouth. I won't be wearing anything Jets till August of 09.

That's all I have to say about this. Go ahead and post away as I'm not going to respond at all. This season was worse than the Marino fake spike game, as it was a former Jets QB that won today.
