I saw Gholston on the sidelines toady behind TRUSNICK !

The undrafted FA Trusnick made more plays in one quarter today than the "ghost" has all year. Can we get a refund on that Gholston money ?

Bring back the 4-3 and put him at DE, that might be the only way to get value out of that pick at this point. Show me all your examples of LaMarr Woodley or others struggling in their first year in the 3-4, but at least they showed something. The Ghost showed nothing.

I wish we didnt pay him so much, so we could trade him to a 4-3 team. We would get very good value, probably a 2nd round pick.

This is what can be expected when you draft an athlete instead of a football player.

Gholston probably makes more money in one quarter than Trusnik makes all year too..

Eh, a major disapointment so far. A bust? Not yet.

Co-sign. You can talk about Mario or Ware year one not being great, but they were at lease good enough to be on the field. This guy showed nothing for a full, are you kidding me!!!! In this day and age you teams that believe you can't even sit QB's for a full season anymore and this guy basically just did that!!!!

Not to talk about Golston - but I actually thought that Trusnik played pretty well. I don't feel like watching the game again (too disheartening) was Trusnik in for Harris or one of the other linebackers?

Gholston this, Gholston that, how good would Bruce Smith have been at linebacker? Let Gholston be a DE and he'll be okay, not great, but good enough to start for 5-10 years.

they used the 6th pick on draft on a player that they anted to make into something else in the pros......there were QBs on the board they could have gone after to play QB...instead they draft a guy and try to turn him into something he didn't play in college.

Turns out the guy isn't that smart and can't pick up the scheme....who the hell talked to this guy before the draft.....did they show him a few defensive plays and see if he could figure out what the hell was going on?

He made a special teams tackle...

But this is the most invisible top 10 draft pick I have seen in a while. He did absolutely nothing. He looks like a bust, but obviously, things can change; he's just a rookie.

I hate calling him a workout warrior though. The man had 22.5 sacks at Ohio State, 5th most in their history.

Ghoston did have 1 Tackle. So he hasn't totally been a 6th overall pick BUST.

is there any way someone could find out how many snaps he took this year? people only get a sack maybe every 40 snaps..gholston was prob in less then that..and half of them they dropped him in coverage

He's not good enough to play DE either or he would be.
