I see for a while that many people on this chat have negative feelings against Jets but now I understand everything that anyone says about them losing. I am very anrgy at manginius and I am very angry at Favre!!! the team plays with NO heart and NO confidence! I am very tired of seeing this every week!!
Does anyone else notice how defalted the Jets have looked in this tailspin once they get down by even one score and God forbid two, especially starting in the SF game. You would think they were 3 touchdowns.
Your telling me. I've done sooo much trash talking toward these dolphin fans, I'm afraid to show face at work tomorrow, or to anyone for that matter. Everyone that knows me, knows that I'm a Jets fan. During the whole game, and mostly after, my phone wouldn't stop ringing with phone calls, and text messages, from these sorry dolfans. I ignored all. Oh, woe is me. The only thing I had to boast about, is that we had the fins number. Now i don't even have that anymore.
Yes.. And this is one of the biggest reasons why there should be some coach firings from this team soon.
What's incredible is our coaching staff didn't change a damned thing when things started to go wrong. They just kept plugging away with the same gameplan, having learned nothing about how to use the talent we had on the team. I'm not angry anymore, I'm just happy to be able to forget about this team and watch some great playoff football. If they bring this ridiculous coaching staff back again, I'm just going to pick and choose the best match-ups each week next season and look for the results as Mangini makes Herm look like a genius. How the hell did we find a worse coach?
How can you get that upset about today's game? The Jets couldn't have made the playoffs if they won so who cares?
Yeah, same here. I became so jaded after the 3rd quarter that all I was doing was creating and throwing paper airplanes and fucking around while the game was being played in front of me. I left after Favre's INT, which was the first time in my life that I walked out before the game was completely over. Whatever. Jets in 2009!
All this pain and suffering could have been avoided by trusting your instincts about Mangini being a loser. C'mon, in your heart you knew he was a tool right from the start.
After three straight Head Coaches with no previous head coaching experience, can we get a proven winner already!!
Seems like up there in New England, its Belichick's show. No one from his coaching tree has done well once they've left.
or.. Just throwing this out there. Maybe we could have gave some of those inexperienced guys a little more time to gain that much needed experience to be successful. You know, commit to someone, see what happens, live and learn mentality. Instead of pussy footing around and doing everything the absolute hardest way. Clearly that outlook is a very painful thing to bare, considering we just shit on a promising HC in, Mangini. I don't think anyone really feels like going through those growing pains again, just to dump them off as soon as they start getting into the groove of things.
