I'd be thrilled if Woody came on stage right now and asked him to leave. I hate Brett Favre.

I apologize for those of you that were misleaded. I made the poll quickly, and the thread title didn't match the poll. (the poll question is actually: Do you want favre to retire?)

Yes that was my stupidity, that's why I edited the thread title to match the poll question shortly after making the thread. Mod may want to close this one and start fresh though.

Favre couldn't wait for this season to be over. He was really bad at times... but he was really bad at times in Green Bay. But in GB he had built his cred to the point he was always forgiven for mess-ups.

He didn't get that in NY. Nobody gets that in NY... or Boston or Philly for that matter. In this neck of the country, it's either put out or get out!

Favre would never put himself through this again.

If it turns out he had a debilitating injury, and a QB doesn't turn up in the draft, I don't see why not.

Other than that I would say it's time to call it a career.

Do you get the feeling the Farve family was already packed up and ready to roll? I get the feeling his wife already had the movers on standby.

If he can come back fully healthy with the benefit of a full training camp, then I say yes.
