I'm legitimately depressed. I wasn't a big fan of Pennington at the end of his career with the Jets, but I'm glad he had a wonderful year and made the playoffs over the Patriots. However, this season will live unsettled with me for a long time.
saddest - not even close - 1998, 1999, 1986. all top this -- playoff loses top a team that went back o old school december collapse jts
Hey.. It's just a game. You have no control over it or anything. It's just a game. Remember, there are much greater things in life than a game.
We should be but this season really hurt. I would rather be 1-15 than have hope only to see Kotite, err, Mangini toss it away.
if this is your saddest moment you haven't been a jets fan very long. one of my personal favs is the marino fake spike.
Look on the bright side; there's no way Schotty, Sutton and Mangini all survive this utter Collapse....we also don't have to give up a second round pick to the pack...which I believe leaves us w/ 2 second round picks.Ahh the life of a jets fan..always turning to the upcoming draft for hope.
I knew we were out at halftime of the Hawks game last week, this comes as no shock to me. Hopefully Woody fires Mandoofus first thing tomorrow morning so we can get in on the Cowher sweepstakes before the Browns snatch him up.
I think our fan base cheering as the Dolphins win a division title on our home field is worse IMO. Nothing more embarrassing than that.
OK, that's the saddest moment as a fan fer sure...I mean seriously...this game meant 1000x what KC did last year. I would have had no problem tanking (the KC game) it even, but would never root for Miami in a million years.
Exactly. Thank God for the health of your family, the roof over your head. Losses hurt, but they can't depress you. Fins have a 1st place schedule next year. They will be absolutely murdered, like they will be next weekend vs. the Ravens.
cheering for miami? come on that's not so bad. it's ny what do you expect. we eat our young. plus all the old people from ny snowbird in miami.
