Hey, does anyone know if Trent Edwards is going to go on Sunday for the Bills?

He played last Sunday against the Broncos, so I assume he's playing again?

If Losman starts, the Bills have NO chance in hell beating the Pats but if Edwards starts, you never know. Edwards has looked really good at times this year and they beat the Broncos on the road last week with Edwards.

Our chances of the division go down to near zero if Losman starts IMO.

This thread is officially the nadir of the Jets season.

he's playing, apparently, and if he doesn't perform they might be thinking about a change

Well that's good, at least he'll have some motivation.

Hey, Trent Edwards is a decent qb, and I hate Losman with a passion. I've always said that I didn't hate the Jills. Seriously, which two would you least like to see? Buffalo superbowl, Pats superbowl, or Fish superbowl? The last two. Durr. I mean, at least the Bills are from New York.

    Half of the time.

Neither Trent Edwards nor LP Losman is going to help Dick Mauron coach a game.

They have a lot of motivation. They could finish 8-8, save their head coach's job, and prevent a hated rival from making the playoffs. The Bills will certainly give it their best. All we can do is hope it is good enough.

The scenario could be worse. Having the bills and jax play is the best scenario outside of having a to root for a "win and in" team.

They could be the Cards (and Giants) who wont try. (These type of teams in the past have gotten smoked).
They could be the Lions and Rams -- who have long since packed it in -- and wont try.

Bills played last week. Maybe playing for their coaches job.
Jax would have beaten anyone but Peyton last week. Im not sure whether Del Rio is in trouble (or if they care). I would bet on jax to show up.

I cant see either team winning.

No we wont....Losman is a FA after this season and we're out of the playoffs....the only way Losman see's the field is if Trent gets injured or we blow the Patriots out by 35+ and he comes in to take a knee.

    Sorry Jets fans.....

    Pats - 27
    Bills - 13

Just to show you guys how confident I am that the Pats will win.....I picked up the Pats D/ST in my fantasy football league......I expect them to at worst get me 15 points!

Starting running back Marshawn Lynch and two-time Pro Bowl left tackle Jason Peters both missed practice because of injuries, but coach Dick Jauron is optimistic they'll both play in the finale against New England.

    That's good news at least.

With our luck, the Bills will beat the Pats, and the Jets will lose to Miami.
