That's nice, and I understand where you're coming from, but I'd rather not waste a linebacker on Chad Pennington who generally stands there and does nothing when they run that formation. I'd rather put the worst DB on the field in man coverage on him and let the LB's defend the run. The DB should be bumping the shit out of him though.

Keep Elam up in the box for most of the game. Stop their run. Their receivers don't scare me at all, but Chad does a great job of spreading the ball around, so that could be dangerous.

Call it tackling practice for Marques Murrell. Better?

Forget the Wildcat, the Fins have been waiting all season to break out the A-11 Offense. Let's see how Sutton/Mangini adjust to that.

Q&A with Tony Sparano by Miami Fans a couple of weeks ago

we showed a new wrinkle for the first time in some weeks against the Chiefs with Pennington on the sidelines for the first time on that play, i truly believe that our coaching staff, will have a new look that they havent shown all year for this game, i?m so excited about it, i know it will come

Won't work.. Penny has been in the weight room and the dude is no sissy. If he's willing to block a linebacker on a sweep or reverse, why should he fear a db ? This "plan" won't work, that's why you haven't seen it.
