yep, finsfans have Jets derangement syndrome.

it is funny and ironic, seeing them bitch and moan (on a different board) about Favre making the pro-bowl over Chad, LOL.

Haha. One of them mentioned how the Jets "have swepted" the Dolphins for years! Quick lesson in the English language: the past tense of "sweep" is not "swepted".

my favorite part of their board was that one of their fans had a line on their ID label on the left that said.."I bleed aqua and orange." Thats just laughable

The funny thing is that even with the Jets struggling I always feel totally confident when we play the Fins. I think Ratliff or Clemens could beat them. I'm not overlooking them with all the changes and that but its just how I feel lol. On the other hand though I would be so worried if Ratliff or Clemens were playing against basically any other team. I guess 17 out of 21 can do that to you.

I find it difficult to be amused by these fans when we have the same syndrome with the Patriots.

Very good point and I partially feel the same way. But we own them on a whole new level - We have been much more competitve with the Pats then the Dolphins have been with us. 17 out of 21 and TWO seperate winning streaks of AT LEAST 8 wins against one team over a 10 year stretch is almost unfathomable in today's NFL. (And actually, the first the first 8 game winning streak was actually a 10 game winning streak - we swept them from 1998-2001)

We have owned them but I also feel like this is not your daddy's Dolphins. They seem like a really disciplined, well coached team that does not beat themselves with dumb mistakes. Actually they remind me of the 2006 Jets. Yes, back then I thought that the Jets were a well coached team. No sure what happened.
