Obviously, the Jets did what no other team has done this season when they beat us, but you wouldn't rather play a home game against one of the wild card teams than play @ Tennessee? You have to admit that the Titans have a terrific coaching staff. They will not let the Jets run the same shit they did before again. Especially with Nick Harper and Reynaldo Hill back at CB. Chris Carr got absolutely shredded against the Jets. Now he is fourth string, and only returns kicks, and punts. Which is exactly where he needs to stay. You would rather play @ Tennessee than play the Steelers, or Ravens, who have virtually no offense? GTFOH!
I hope this wasn't directed at me, cuz I have not whined once about losing that game. Especially after the two straight epic failures by the Jets. That game means nothing now.
The Music City is our home away from home. I want to take a dump in the Country Music Hall Of Fame after the Jets kick the tar out of the Tits yet again.
The Steelers are actually one of the teams I'd like to face, but there defense is better than the Tits. There offense is a bit more pass oriented too, so if I had to choose an opponent out of those two, it's the Tits. The Ravens are the best team in the AFC. Denver - don't wanna face them Indy - don't wanna face them If the 6 teams were Tenn, Pitt, Den, NYJ, Indy and Baltimore, I would prefer to face Tenn @Tenn than any of those teams @NYJ. The Jets will be lucky to make the PO's at this point anyway. It's good to see you have your chest bumping out again now that the pain of the thrashing has subsided.
you know what, they do have a point. jets fans are some of the most bitter fans in the NFL. and we certainly have a large quantity who are regular posters on this board (myself included). BUT, as champ loves to point out, we havent been in a super bowl in 40 years. and its not like were a joke of a franchise like the lions or saints. weve had good teams (including this years) that just havent been able to get the job done. and thats the most frustrating thing in the world. So, ill give them one more, FUCK you titans fans. I hope we play you again in a couple weeks. and i bet we lose, and yes, we will be bitter you FUCKS
And still talking about it on their own board? Hell, I haven't even thought about the Titans game for the past couple of weeks, until I find out they can't get over it.
It's not about not getting over it. You see, you guys (Jets fans) are the only ones who I feel have any arguement to use against me, and I like talking shit when it comes to my sports teams. So I come here, where there are fans of the only team to beat us. It's all good. I'm not devastated by the Jets game, just as you guys still believe the Jets can turn things around. So let's keep talkin shit. It's healthy.
this is where the internet is the medium for other anonymous beings to understand how sad and embarrassing it must be to be you.
What is sad is that the Jets have just as much talent on their team as the Titans. If Jeff Fisher was their coach, they might be 12-1 right now themselves.
What is sad about being me? I am making damn good money right now for sitting here talkin shit with you guys. I enjoy my life very much thank you. You think I would be sitting here talkin shit if I wasn't at work? No. I wouldn't.
Who let the titan fans out of the nut house. A. The Jets kicked your asses! B. Titans players were a bunch of little beeeyatches after the game. C. The titans will be this years cowboys! Get a bye and then lose. Maybe to the Jets! D. How does one yard away from a super bowl feel? E. Kaeotik is zulu for "he who rubs ointment on his mangina" F. "Holy shit! They know how to use the internet in tenn. G. Jeff Fisher looks like bill belichek's little sister. H. Did you honestlt think the titans could go undefeated. I. Just like a parent beating your asses hurt us more than it hurt you. J! E! T! S! JETS! JETS! JETS!
A. Yes, they did. B. Huh? How so? C. Doubt it. D. Better than fans of 30 other teams felt that year. E. Ridiculous. F. I don't live in Tenn. I never have. G. Again, ridiculous. H. No. I. What? TITANS! TITANS! TITANS! TITANS!
Let's post an optimistic last three games, and here's your playoff picture. 1. Titans 2. Steelers 3. Jets 4. Broncos 5. Colts 6. Ravens I like our chances as much against Tennessee as anyone. We destroyed them in their own house, and we matchup great with them. Titans fans are angry that they could have had an undefeated season, but they blew a home game to the Jets. So they're pissed at the Jets for doing that. No problem with that. Let them watch the last two weeks and dismiss our team. Then we have them right where we wan them again.
Don't judge Jets fans based off of that guy. He's clearly mentally challenged, irrational, and no older than 13. However, I did lose a little respect for you that you even took the time out to respond to his post.
If anyone should be talking smack, its Oakland, Denver, and San Francisco fans... But... Titans fans smack talking us... after what we did to them???
I will keep talking shit, thank you very much. You act like the Jets game is ancient history, but the fact is, not too long ago many Tits fans had dreams of an undefeated season, and I remember reading the snooty comments from fans on your forum and anothet Tits board how the Jets would be a pushover. So in the minds of those snooty people I read, this game still simmers, the one that got away. And it feels fine to be a fan of the team that took that away from the Tits. You may not be devastated, and I never implied anyone was. If my team only had one loss, I wouldn't be either. But to say that it's ancient history and doesn't matter in your mind... well, let's say I doubt that.
The mere fact that you're here is, in a sense, whining. The Titans lost the game, no matter how good or bad of a day they were having. Those are just the simple facts. It won't change if they meet again. As many here have said, we match up quite well against the Titans. We have a great run D and mediocre pass D. You have a running offense and a mediocre QB. It must have been your LBs having a bad day the way Keller owned the field. If that's not the case, then your team was just exposed and some of the better teams will exploit that. Either way, the Jets won. What else can be said?
