Sure, they have no chance in hell. But it sure would be nice if the Lions win on Thursday. Let's go Lions!
Ugh no way. I want to see an 0-16 team so bad, it'd be sweet. Sort of like a 19-0 team, but without the ramifications of arrogant bragging (thank God for the Giants).
Well if U look at TN schedule for the remainder of the season they have to play Indy & Pitt who will both have to keep winning if we win out. If they lose 1 more game Indy for sure U can put a folk in them & Pitt becomes a bubble team especially if they lose to Balt. Yes a suprise win by the Lions would be nice but somewhere on the quite doubtful side
WTF was that?!?!?! I'd say there's a .0001% chance of Detroit winning, but it would make for a nice Thanksgiving! Any Given Thursday! :shit:
i'm pretty sure the jets just wrote the book on how to beat the titans. all the lions have to do is pick up a copy and read it. hell, mangini may even sign it for them if they win!
As far as I know, the Lions don't actually watch any film to prepare for games. I believe they just roll in a few minutes before gametime and start losing. That being said, I gotta do something in between all the food, so I may as well watch the game and hope the Lions pull off the upset of the year!
I have noticed this a couple of times this year, but some teams, after they play us, are beat up and have a bad game the next time they play. I think the Lions Tenn game is going to be a lot closer than people think and the Lions just may pull it off. Even though it is Thursday when they play, the Titans have to be still feeling us and the whoopin' we gave them.
hehe yep, he still is. He wanted the Lions to draft Joe Thomas instead of Calvin Johnson because they had Roy Williams and Mike Furrey already and there wasn't a reason to go and get another No. 1 WR (their 4th 1st round WR in 5 years haha)
If the Lions go up 17-0 in this one like they did this past week, there is no way the Titians come back.
I can remember some decent Packer teams rolling into Detroit, Thanksgiving,to play the horrible Lions, getting the crap beat out of them. Culpepper can throw it up, let Johnson run under it, like he did with Moss. It's not impossible, the Titans better show up.
The problem with this is it requires a team to have a top notch run defense. The Lions dont have this.
Hahahahaa..... Hey, they WERE ahead in the last game (until the catnip disappeared and somebody stepped on their tail).
