question though, god forbid jones or washington did get hurt, who would become the secondary back now that chatman is out for the year? If something catastrophic were to happen it might be an ok panic plan but otherwise why bother with it, doesnt make sense unless its an emergency.

I'd rather let T Rich and Brad Smith run the ball instead of Shaun Alexander, he lost his job to Maurice Morris.

Like I said earlier. If they sign him to league minimum to be the third back and carry the ball in garbage time cool. If not.......whatever. Shaun Alexander being here or not being here isnt going to make or break our season.

Offer him the maximum contract. He's worth every penny! It's clear they have yet to implement a minimum IQ standard for this forum.

Mighty funny I said Seattle would suffer without Suga Alexander and they are, he still has some juice, dont get it twisted. He could be a substantial role player for us during our playoff run. Many of you said no way to Farve and Law coming in also, as I remember.

The leading RB in the AFC and the leading all purpose yardage RB in the NFL are on our team and you want to add an overrated RB?

What is Shawn Alexander going to go for us when we have 2 guys that are both doing exactly what we need them to?

    Can he play DB?

The guy was a backup in Washington and couldn't hang around....
