true, the man knows how to watch film, and the in-game adjustments are slowly getting better.

You think when mangini is hitting it from behind on his wife he asks, "Who's the Mangenius?"

Very true, indeed. One of the best game-planning coaches in football.

Your right, Mangino is fatter and better, so Eric needs to keep eating.

I don't understand why there is so much hate for the people at the top of this organization. Look how we've DRAFTED and look at the FREE AGENT pick ups in the last 2 or 3 years. We have the talented team we have BECAUSE of the people making the decisions on this team in the off season. GREAT JOB MANGINI AND COMPANY!!

    Mangini is an excellent coach.
Not to mention -- he is even a better coach when he has a non-rookie QB (or a QB who can throw something other than a fade), an o line that can keep its qb from getting killed and NT/DT that doesnt get pushed out of every play by one O-Lineman.

Well, Mangini is a good coach, with a class.

Remember the Rams game? After killing all the clock, Mangini instructs Clemens to sit 3 times - and that's when the Jets offense was at 1st and goal. Belishit would have punched it in just to run up the score. He did last year, if anything.

Built? I think you mean Johnson bought. Mangini isn't responsible for what is happening now.

You sir should be on ignore. However, most of the time what you say is so monumentally stupid (like now) and wrong that it is just such good comedy...... unintentional of course cause you are not smart enough to be funny intentionally.

Back on topic....... He has been getting better as has this team. He has made a bunch of mistakes but this team is by and large a very well coached bunch and his game planning is superb. He is money in the bank if he gets extra time to prepare a game plan.

I am sure once he gets in-game adjustments down and some other nitpicky things he will be an all around excellent coach. He is capable of in-game adjusting as both the Buffalo games and Tennessee games indicate. Both teams were noted as excellent 2nd half teams as both engineered several comebacks each this year. The Jets beat the living crap out of both in the second half and looked like they thoroughly outcoached both of those teams staffs.

Right. I forgot Woody has so much football knowledge that he pinpoints the players in FA and the Draft.
