A San Diego win over the Colts almost guarantees us getting one of the wildcard spots, wouldn't you think? That would drop the Colts to 6-5 and bring the Chargers to 5-6. Both would have a hard time getting a spot. That would pretty much leave the wildcards to an AFC East team and an AFC North team. Thoughts?
NOTE: Obviously, we're still thinking the division is ours. But, as a pessimist, and as a life-long Jets fan... I know things can go sour quick.
Yeah we are definately rooting for SD tonight. (But either way, let's be real for a second, the division is ours)
We're only a game ahead and there's plenty of season left. The division is ours to lose but it isn't ours yet.
I'm going to root for the Colts. If they win, they're more likely to knock off NE/MIA from a wild card. Plus, NE/MIA/SD all have the ability to be a scary playoff foe against the jets.
denver lost, I don't want to see the Chargers in the playoffs. I'd rather play the Colts, their run D is horrible plus they can't run the ball on the other side.
