Anyone going to the game this week, what should I expect sitting in the visitor section. I fly out tommorow morning. Is there a Jets tailgate at all?

There are always a good amount of Jets fans up at foxborough. This week should be no different. Pats fans suck. Theyre not even good fans, and Ive been to a lot of stadiums-every group of fans trash talk-but none with less intelligence than Pats fans. Have fun

Good luck, I went to the playoff game a few years back. Was fun, but you better be ready to defend yourself with some nice comebacks.

Patriots fans at Gillette are a bunch of stuck-up snobs that don't pay much attention to the game. It's way too quiet there most of the time, and don't listen to people who blame that on the architecture of the place. It can get loud at times, but mostly the fans are just too spoiled. I don't think anyone will give you much trouble unless you're sitting in the upper deck. I go to 4-5 games a year plus playoffs games, and I don't think I've seen one opposing fan ever deal with serious shit in a situation that doesn't involve a lot of alcohol on both sides.

If you're not going with anyone else, I don't think I'd expect to just see a giant tailgate for all Jets fans. I'd maybe check out the shops around Patriot Place or look around online for any groups to go with. If you're looking for tailgating, I'd park in one of the business parking lots off Route 1 rather than the official place, you're much more likely to come buy some regulars there.

Yeah try to park at Rodman Ford on Route 1. And if you wear your Jets stuff, expect that some people will try to start some shit. It's a night game and there will be a lot of drunks although it's nowhere near as bad as when they played in the old Stadium.

LOL...that's exactly where I'll be. Should be interesting to say the least. Is there any particular lot where Jets fans meet up and tailgate?

I am in the bottom level section 135 row 37, they are almost the same tickets as my Rider season tickets so it will be a great view of the game. 5 more hours until I get on the plane

  15. be careful. the pats fans are assholes.give yourself enought time getting to stadium as there is only 1 road in and 1 road out. parking will be a mininum of 35.00 . once inside good concessions/ beer choices.

be safe i had a lot of stuff thrown at me during 2006 playoffs

I'm not worried. This will be my 4th Jets/Pats game in Foxboro. They are a bunch of pansies anyway.

So no word on where people are meeting up for tailgating etc?

It looks like rain up here. Hopefully not too bad. Just hope to run into some others wearing green while throwing a ball and having some beers.

I've never been but if they are anything like the people from Boston I run into in Vegas just be prepared to laugh at how ignorant they are.

I've met alot of Red Sox fans claiming to be Pats fans and it's sorta like the Howard Stern bit asking people in Harlem what they thought about Sarah Palin as Obama's running mate. They know Brady and Bruschi but they have no idea who JR Redmond is or guys like Stephon Starring or even Tony Eason

Enjoy yourself and expect the worst.... that's what I do when I go to away games.
