For that time consuming drive of about 10 minutes that was one of the big reasons we left BFLO with the big W

Schotty does for taking it out of Favre's hands.

Hmmm? Does Schotty also get the credit for our offense kicking 4 FGs once we got insde the RZ? At some point we are going to need to put the ball in the endzone. When you take 6 trips you should score more than 1 TD.

People can say whatever they want about Favre...The man has ONLY had one losing season as a starting NFL Quarterback in this league, one losing season? Are you kidding me? The man is a winner...

#4 shows up for every game and gives it his all and you know what? The Jets are winning games with Favre running the show.

5-3, about to be tied for 1st place in the AFC East.

Even if Shotty called the plays which WE DO NOT know Favre still had to make them work right?

Your ability to abbreviate any word astounds me. Or should I say ASTNDS me?

Favre is the fuckin man. Whether he throws 6 TD's or 6 INT's he makes our team 2x better then what we were without him. 5-3 and Tied for first in the tough ass AFC East!

I am of course a Favre fan. But I don't think going vertical is working with this team. I love both Coles and Cotchery, but I just don't feel they possess enough speed for the deep ball. A large amount of Favre's INT's have been "jump balls" in the direction of Cotchery and unfortunately he doesn't seem to have the speed to break free or the ability to fight and come down with it. This is not a knock on Cotch cause Favre's throws havent been that good. Just saying, we don't have a Moss, Burress, or Fitzgerald, or Roy Williams that are freakishly beastly and tall. We also don't have a really speedy receiver who can get separation. But all that said, the running game is really starting to look good. Teams really haven't been honoring Favre's play action, but if Jones keeps churning up yardage they will have to start crowding the line more and we may see more positive deep balls. In the past few weeks I think few would argue that we have even seen a moderately well thrown deepball that was anything less than 50/50 between our receiver and the DB(s). All this said, that win felt really good even with a pick 6! I'll never get tired of watching that old man play the game!

actually on that drive Favre made some clutch throws that either gained or lead up to a first down.

Thomas Jones was the MVP of that last drive, not Favre.

I'll give him the kudos. But I must say after yet another pick-six our victories are akin to slashing your own wrist and then applying the tourniquet minutes before you're supposed to die.

Favre should send the NY Jet defense a fruit basket and a Thank You note for their closing the deal on Buffalo this week.

Almost akin to being the John Hall of QBs... well maybe not quite, but we might feel that way if he remains consistent.

That last drive was clutch. The play calling was great, Jones was great and Favre made the throws he needed to make. Lets' face it Farve is a winner, he goes out there and expects to win!!! His leadership and poise after the INT set the Jets up for a win.
