He was fined for it. He wasn't suspended though. But now throwing elbows at two QB's, and then blatently trying to poke Brandon Jacobs in the eye last year should get him at least a few games. Eric Smith was suspended for one game and that was his first offense. A repeat offender should get multiple games, at least.
