Yeah, man, I just made some crucial trades. Basically, I monopolized the best QB's with trade value -- I had Schaub, Rivers, and Garrard. I traded Rivers/Selvin Young/Desean Jackson for Brandon Marshall because the guy needed major upgrades at those positions. Then I traded Garrard and Calvin Johnson for Andre Johnson because the guy has Cutler with no backup. I basically am gearing up for a strong run to close the season and sold out on depth.
It's gotta be DeAngelo or Leon. I just don't trust our Coaching Staff enough to really make an authoritative decision on playing Leon. If he were featured more, he'd be a very good Fantasy player.
Also, I don't fully trust Morgan yet, especially with the turmoil the 49'ers are in, but I actually trust him/them more than I trust Beli and the Pats because their gameplan ALWAYS changes.
Bulger. Who to bench, Braylon at Jax, Moss vs STL, Roddy White at PHI, or Plax at Pitt. I'm pretty convinced I'm benching Plax, but I'm looking for another opinion.
I heard that the 49'ers are considering benching O'Sullivan, but I don't know. It's enticing because Seattle's D sucks. Cassel is inconsistent, and Beli never sticks to the same gameplan, so who knows. Last week, Cassel put up good numbers against a shitty D, and many of his throws were safe, short ones that yielded more than they should have. But again, facing a shitty D. Manning is Manning. He looks like he's returning to true form, though he's been less consistent this year too. Titans have an elite D, but it's a big Divisional game so maybe he rises above. Since you can start 2, I'd go Manning for sure and probably Cassel. He's getting more experience, playing a weak D, and the Pats running game is pretty good, between Faulk and Green-Ellis, and their OL, they can run it, which helps Cassel.
Same with me. I've started Favre the past couple of weeks - ever since the AZ game, and it has not only, not paid off, but actually cost me. I'm going back to McNabb this week. ATL's D isn't that good; Eagles are off a Bye, and with the way we should run the ball vs KC, along with our starting WR's banged up and the lack of Keller's PT, I don't see big #'s from Favre. Oh yeah, and Schotty sucks as of late.
Wow, that's a toughy. They're both banged up, with Boldin's injury being worse and requiring much more caution. You might have to wait until the last possible moment to decide on this. Flip a coin.
i would pick cotchery if both manage to play. i figure favre will throw for at least on td on sunday and if coles is limited that would mean its likely to be cotchery who gets it. also the run game should be going strong opening up the play action if schotty calls it this week, and i still have that memory of that week one PA t to cotchery. why i would sit boldin is because he will probably be limited in the game, and breaston has done well filling in for him. so i dont think he will be rushed into playing to much. also i forget his matchup i think its carolina. i just know he is going against a tough pass defense and is coming off a pretty major injury, this week would probably be better to see how he does and go from there.
Ok... I have to start 2 RBs... this is who I have to choose from Thomas Jones vs. KC Brian Westbrook vs. ATL Marshawn Lynch vs. Miami Normally it would be a nobrainer but we don't know if Westbrook is 100%, KC's run defense is awful, and Miami has only allowed one rusher to go over 100 yards all season. I'm not sure who to start... I think Jones should be one of them. What do you guys think?
where did you hear this? My team depends on it. Im on life support and the last thing I need is cotch not playing...
