I think it's great Fox got exactly what they didn't want..... say hello to one of the lowest rated World Series in history. I'll watch as I'm a huge fan of the game but Joe Average American is more likely to watch Dancing with the Stars (I'll TiVo it) and Survivor (ugggh)

BTW I hope it doesn't make it to game 6 because I think it's disgusting what MLB did to accommodate Obama. Sorry but he knew what he was doing and he knew the networks would do what he wanted. He very easily could have done it on an off night but I guess it'll be bittersweet because only people in Tampa and Philadelphia will be watching....

    What did Obama do?

I'll watch, since its October and there isn't shit on. I'm taking Phillies in 6.

And there is a three legged dog outside my window dropping a deuce...And the owner walked away. Awesome.

I think the Rays will be emotionally drained and the Phillies will have a chance to win early in Tampa. I will say Rays in 7.

In fairness, the NFL accommodated McCain at the Republican convention when they had to move the Thursday night kickoff up a couple of hours so that it's over by the time McCain took the stage. I'm sure the RNC knew that the NFL had Thursday kickoffs as well.

There is a major difference between the RNC and a 30 minute commercial....

And I'd be willing to bet the RNC was in place before the NFL released their schedule. The NFL likely knew the RNC was going on that night.....

Phillies all the way. I want nothing else than to watch the Rays die. I would have been rooting for them had it not been for TampaBayJetsFan.

But I do give the Rays props for dropping the faggoty Red Sox. Good work, guys!

    here we go...

if the Rays win tonight, I think they're a pretty good bet to win the WS.

You mean World Series only count when the Yankees play in it?
