They said towards the end of the game that the only time they topped that was 62 point vs. Tampa in 1985, making this the second highest point total in franchise history. Edit: ninja'd bigtime.

Imagine with a week of rest for Favre's ankle, Coles' hammy, Jenkins' back...And more recognition of the playbook... Anything less than 65 would be a disappointment.
Favre was a huge part...But so was Ferguson, Faneca, Mangold, Moore and Woody and lets not 4get that Coles, Cotchery, Baker, Keller and Thomas Jones all made plays for this Jets offesne. And how many TO's did our defense force today? 5 or 6? Without the D making plays, when they made plays, none of this would of happened... Amazing game for Favre but the whole Jets offense played solid and you know what? Mangini and Marty's boy made some great calls
