Only time will tell. Too bad same can be said about Favre. Overhyped, yet not performing as good as he should.

Wait till december in Buffalo (or anywhere cold and blustery). Then you'll start to see the limitations.

I'll always have respect for chad, and you can see how effective he is when he has a running game.

Well that might be true. However, Penny is used to these cold and blustery conditions you speak of.

This loss to the fish reminds me of the game in Miami back in 2004....it was low scoring but they absolutely manhandled us!

If my memory is right, we won the SB that year.

    Ya cant win 'em all!

Yup, what a wonderful game. Derrius Thompson with the game winning TD. Then Tom Brady throwing a pick as he was getting pulled to the ground. Yup, wonderful game.

With that being said, you did win the Super Bowl that year. Unfortunately there is a 0% chance you win it this year. Hell I doubt the patsies make the playoffs.

when did he throw a TD?? he managed a game and everyone else picked up the win.. its never him winning the game... Revis' pick is a great example.

Penny'll give you a great chance to win, as long as someone else drives in the final nail... Ronnie Brown held the hammer all game.

Chad won the Green Bay game in 06- that was all him.

Then there was the game early on in the season in '01, the Pats were 1-3 after an asskicking by the Dolphins....again, we all know how that turned out.

The Pats always have trouble with the Phins.

Good for Chad, the dolphins taking points from anyone in the division is good for us. If we win the games we should, which is a big IF.

He managed the game is right. That's the Quarterback's job. He didn't need to throw a TD, NE had no solution for Brown. You go with what works and Brown at QB with Penny at WR was working. No Revis's pick is not a great example. Ginn should've did more to prevent that, and that was bad play calling anyways, Ginn is the last person you throw a fade to.

I agree, Penny will give you a chance to win, but isn't that what you want? Penny is not a bigtime playmaker, I agree, that's what Henne hopefully will bring to the table. But 17-20? I'll take that performance anyday of the week. All that can be said about Penny is he's a very smart QB who doesnt make many bad decisions, coming off the season we had last year, no bad decisons is a godsend for this franchise.

Odd stat: The Jets lead the overall standings against the Fins and Pats, but as they've dominated the Fins, they can't beat the Pats... Pure parity.
