Chad looks good right now. His throws are effective and on top of that, his WRs are wide open! Who saw the trick play the Fins just ran for a TD.....it actually worked! Chad and Ricky lined up as WRs and Ronnie Brown was in the shotgun, Ricky motioned towards Brown and they snapped it....Brown faked the reverse to Ricky and took it in up the middle from the 2. I'm wondering if most of our problems the last few seasons and so far this year are more due to schemes than players.....
I don't know if we were in a position to be very successful last year, but after last week's game, changes need to be made. We played so conservative that we easily could be 0-2. Shotty better be aggressive against SD and through the rest of the season because we didn't bring Favre in to make the same plays Chad did.
That's right....but if you watch the Fins, Chad is making some aggressive plays. Even against us he made some 35-40 yard throws......something makes me think they have a way of making guys be open, or at least using Chad's ability to scan the field Maybe with us, Chad was always checking down because he only had 3 reads, and the 3rd one was the RB for 3 yards....
Penny is looking fine today... and Ronnie Brown is helping keep the game off his back. Great 15 yard TD just now by him. They just mentioned that Pennington is averaging over 20 yards a pass so far. How about that, huh?

The INT by the Miami D was a big momentum changer. We need more plays like that. They knew Cassell would be making those little dump passes and picked one off.
They have more film on Cassel - he got his 1st INT.... or the Jets play like pussies and thats why they couldn't get the job done. MIA is on the road too... good for Miami, and lets hope Oakland wins too - but the shit the Jets are going to get won't be fun.
Chad's arm was partially replaced with that of a Kryptonian... add to that he's now playing in sunny Miami and the strength of the sun is helping heal his mended wing. He'll be throwing like Superman by the end of the game. :breakdance:
The raiders have NO passing game at all. The bills look to be dominating that game. The pats are going to suck without brady and will probably have a losing season.

Because they have him in a system where he has more than 1 option running a route he throws well, and the run game is a real threat, AND they are willing to put more than 2 WRs on the field more than just 3 times per half! PS - wrong forum
