I think you're high....Jones was great...even better than great. He hit the holes with speed, and bounced out of more than two runs for xtra yards. I don't want to call anyone a bum, but this is a bum post. I was down on TJ in the preseason, but he has been great so far....I'm sorry. If you want to call anyone a bum, call Coles a bum for stopping 2 3rd down plays, with the ball in his chest.

Jets fans leave no stones unturned after a loss. Even David Harris got a "where was he?" thread...

Now that it was mentioned negatively in the newspapers today, would it surprise you to hear someone complain about Mangini blasting "ear-splitting hip hop" during practice?

Wow, I was just creating the Darrelle Revis appreciation thread. He played lights out against Moss.

The running game has been very solid. And Thomas Jones has looked really good in the first two games. I expect him to have a big season, statistically. I'm not sure what Jets team you have been watching but the one I am watching just had the best rushing day against the patriots in like 5 years. (Keep in mind the Pats may have the most talented front 7 in all of football)

On Sunday at this local bar where I watch all the Jets games, I had some Bears fan screaming at me "you're an idiot" when he over heard me call Revis one of best corners in football. Then I shut him up after I threw a bunch of stats and facts in his face. It pissed me off....

you're an idiot, his offensive line was pushed back into him for 2 of the downs, the other down he had 3 guys to break through, it was the play calling not him. this thread is pointless.

Stop it......Its hard to gauge what Revis did against Moss, because Pats' had no real QB. I did see Revis get beat bad deep by Moss, but Moss dropped it.

Thomas Jones is what he is...a bruiser. The better a teams OL, then the better he's gonna look. He's not very nimble or fast... so its hard for him to create on his own. Jets really didn't give up much to get him...so.

How should we have drafted McFadden instead of Gholston when McFadden was taken 4th and our first pick was 6th?

maybe you should draft a "have." "should of" has zero meaning in the English language. that's besides the point though. you do know once a player is drafted, you can't also draft him also, don't you? so, how were the Jets going to draft McFadden once the Raiders already had?

perhaps you should defer to other posters when giving lessons in the English language...always funny when a grammar police post reciprocates:lol:

We should asked Packers to trade Favre with us in March and then we could have offered Jones, Favre, Pennington, Revis, Harris and our 6th overall pick for Oaklands 4th and Lame Kiffin.

Thomas Jones is not a bruiser, he is a cutback runner like Curtis Martin. Do you even watch the games?
