You have to realize you are saying the Denver D is not good, yet the Raiders could not do anything against it Monday night. What does that say about the Raiders offense? Not much I guess.
alot OF Raider fans want to know that. Raiders invested alot of money in that position. I know Deangelo Hall has missed most of preseason games due to liagament damage in his hand. IF wasn't healthy He shouldn't have been out there. Routt could have taken him. Raiders play man to man 98% of the time. For some strange reason they were in alot more zone coverage and they paid for it big time. (especially when they weren't getting pressure on the QB) Raiders over the years haven't been a very good zone defense. (whenever they tried to play some) Why they played that way, no one knows. (Well Rob Ryan) This guy has too much talent on defense now not to be able to make the correct adjustments that are needed. YEt he never make the ingame adjustments.
Raiders ran the ball very well against Denver (like they did last year both times) Raiders had their chances on offense. IF Not for the official blowing the call where Denver CB mugged Raiders WR near the goal line. (was blatant pass interference call - all the announcers agreed on) Game is 7-7 . This game got out of hand real fast, as Raiders defense was horrible(couldn't have seen that coming) They couldn't stop Denver and they didn't try to alter the game plan. Denver wanted to embarrass the Raiders and Raiders were letting this guy outside the Pocket ,without paying the price. How about sending an all out blitz and drilling Cutler .(sending a message I would be careful putting your Qb in harm in a run away win) Thats unacceptable to me. Btw Raiders recievers didn't drop a couple passes and they might be tds. Were going to be very big plays. Raiders were just a little off while Denver could do no wrong.
Obviously you didn't watch the game. Because Raiders had their chances on offense. Russell would have some very Big Gains(could have been possible TDs) If the Wrs didn't drop it. Once Raiders fell behind they had to abandon there running game. Again I said it a million times on this board, Raiiders can't get in obvious passing downs, there oline isn't good enough yet to pass. Once raiders had to pass, (Denver expected it) there defense looked alot better than they are. Denver defense does suck.(one game does not change it)

I do agree with joke about one thing, the Broncos are not that good of a team. The Raiders could make any team look that good. This board is going to explode with SB dreams after we crush the Raiders making the Jets look better then they actually are. Seriously if it wasn't for the Chiefs being so terrible I would think the Raiders would have a good shot to go 0-16 this year. Dysfunctional and bad is a really brutal combination to a football team.
Yea and when raiders slaughter the Jets. Please don't give me one game dosen't mean anything . At least an NFl Qb made the raiders defense look bad, . NOt some no arm has been, who could have won this game. Im sorry but there isn't a team worse than dolphins and you had to sweat out a victory.

Yea and when you lose this week(a divisonal game) and raiders win(a divisonal game). We will both be 1-1 in our divison. Than what are you going to say than Genius. Listen I know when you haven't won a championship in so long , you have to get excited when you survive to win a game, against worst team in the NFl(reason they had number 1 pick) Btw- lets see how good Lowery is when he faces a Qb with an NFL arm.
