I watched a lot of the games this week and after the games today the Raiders overwhelmingly look like the worst team in the NFL. I really can't imagine them winning more than four games. I did like what I saw in Russel though, I think he could have been a good QB if he wasn't drafted by the Raiders. My top 5 worst teams: 1. Raiders 2. Rams 3. Chiefs 4. 49ers 5. Dolphins
1. Colts 2. Chargers 3. Jacksonville 4. Detroit 5. Cincy All my losses in my str8 up football pool. 6. Pats hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I could watch that replay over and over, it sorta gave me a chubby.
Colts, Chargers, and Jacksonville? Let me fix that for you. The losses in your pool aren't the 5 worst NFL teams.
I agree with your top 4 but I'm not sure Miami belongs on that list. I think they are much better than the other 4. There may only be a top 4.
I only passively hated the Raiders before I met RaiderJoe. Now I actively hope for bad things to happen to that team. There is a God.
What we need is for the really old timers who remember games from the 60s to regale us with tales about the matchups between the Jets and Raiders. Before the fish, the Raiders were the biggest rivals to the Jets.
1.Oakland 2.Detroit 3.Cincy 4.St.Louis 5.Dolphins Detroit's run defense is HORRIBLE....they let a rookie coach, rookie QB, and a suspect o-line crush them like a tin can.
Cincinatti is just bad. Their team could implode this year and the coach gets fired. KC is too young - in rebuilding mode. St. Louis is not impressive in the least Oakland is inept - no receivers Washington offense looked impotent. ****************** Miami will not be the worst team in the NFL this year.
So did the Patriots offense in the SB, but were not going to throw them on this list...Washington will be fine. 8-8 give or take. Realistically I think it looks like this. 1. Oakland Raiders 2. KC Chiefs 3. St. Louis Rams 4. Cincinnati Bengals 5. Detroit Lions
From SI: ************************** The Raiders have an NFL worst 19-62 record since 2004. ... The Raiders went on an offseason spending spree to try to reverse five straight seasons of double-digit losses. The early payoff was not good. Receiver Javon Walker , who got $16 million in guaranteed money, missed the game with an injured hamstring. Hall, who got $24 million guaranteed, was frequently beat by Royal in coverage and committed the two personal fouls. Defensive tackle Tommy Kelly , who got $18 million in guarantees, was part of a line that failed to get pressure on Cutler all night.
