Sports Authority gets Favre jerseys today, but no white

I said I would not buy a Favre jersey, but I was walking in the mall today and my local sports store had just got them in and they looked awesome! Haha, I had no choice.

PS: I bought a white one. RobA talked me into it.

 

Well, of course they are replicas. They are the same Reebok replicas that every other store on the planet carries for $80. What's your point? Are they the $300 genuine NFL jerseys? No but that isn't what anybody here is talking about.

Good point. I'll find a way. Maybe I will wear the Favre jersey to see The Dark Knight. Atleast once more in IMAX. Which is nice, since it costs extra. :up:

 

Go to Marshall's for Jerseys. I saw them for like $50-70 once. I bought a J. Abe for $50 and a fake shitty Shockey for $25. I needed the Shockey to watch the Giants with my cousins.

:lol: it was $25 and I'm the only Jet fan in my family. All of them are Giant fans. I'm the rebellious one. But because of it I respect that team, they are NY after all, and I needed to appease them somehow.

Its not even a real one. It has no Reebok NFL equipment on the neck vertex or anything else.

How about the fact that I was a Favre fan when I first knew football existed, then became a Giants fan first, Jet fan second and then switched teams around 2002?

That really puts a stain on my credibility, but I don't root for any team harder than this one, or follow them year round.

I still wear the Shockey. Looks good on me....

But I feel like I was always a Jet fan because I followed them from Kotite to now. I just didn't put them at the forefront when I was a kid. My family had a lot to do with me liking the Giants first, but when I was able to make my own decisions, (I hate to sound fruity) I followed my heart.

I remember Parcells, and feeling hurt by Belichick's betrayal.

Let's blame 10 family members for not letting me not like the Giants. Deal?

They are identical to what Sports Authority, Dick's and Modell's sells and they are $10-15 less. At least they are in NJ. Don't know about anywhere else.

We got our Favre Titan jerseys this week. They're really nice! I wore mine to work today (in WI) and it was a hit.

We ordered from the JETS site. They came quickly too. I got a really nice "Quarterback Tote" from the Packer Pro Shop (online) too. It has 4 on both sides and FAVRE on one side. I really like it!!!!
