Proud new Jets Fan After being born and raised in Wisconsin, and being 27 years old, I haven't known football without Brett Favre. When he was traded last week, I realized that I was a Packers fan because of Brett. I am now an owner of a Jets T-Shirt, Jets hat, and Brett Favre jersey. I have the NFL Sunday ticket ordered. I now consider myself a New York Jets fan. I can't wait to see the game Saturday night. And from the looks of things, I will be watching it in HD in my family room if the rumors of NFL Network showing it live are true. J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets!:jets:

We had decided to go before the trade, mainly because it was a Saturday night, we could get the kids to sleep over grandma's and we'd already paid for the tickets and parking. Seemed like a nice night to go cook out and see the game, now it's become an attraction, almost like a regular season game. That's pretty cool.
My gf is a "Redskins" fan, so we'll just be at home watching the game. I'll be recovering from a bachelor party the night before, so its going to be low key.

I think this is a great thing for all the season ticket holders who usually just gave their pre- season tickets away. Finally something they can watch and enjoy.
True, I'm actually going to get my money's worth from the Washington game and I gave the Giant game to my friend who used to hook me up before I got my seasons. Felt like I gave him something of value too, not just garbage I couldn't get rid of.
