The league is gold rush football...draft in 12 days...Cakes sent out a bunch of emails and PMs...anyone who didn't respond was dropped from the league...not saying that you were one of them, but that may be what happened. It's still on my Yahoo FF page next to my other leagues.

I didn't pay attention to the specific people who got booted. In fact, with most of the people, I don't know what their TGG handles are/were. I booted the people who had not responded to my e-mails. There are still four spots remaining if we go with a 12-team league. Two spots remain if we go with 10 teams. The deadline is Monday night, 8/11. If we only have 10, then we move forward with 10. The draft is 8/20. I want at least one full week of relaxation. I don't want to have to look for managers less than one week before the draft of a start-up dynasty league. If you want back in, you'll have to PM me. I realize you could have been on vacation or overlooked the league for whatever reason.
I'm already in two leagues (both free as well) but figure I'll give this a shot because it's different and I've never done a dynasty before. Do I have to read all these messages posted on the league home page? I'll definitely be active throughout. I may not know what the heck I'm doing but I'll give it my best
You don't have to bother reading all the posts. We are in the 60s now, but I deleted quite a few after the setting changes. Once the league is full, I will post a commissioner's note with all the rules (which are few; I'm not an anal commish) and important stuff to know. As long as you draft good players and make good transactions you'll be okay. The league is new for me, too. I've never played in one with these exact settings.
