Was Reyes getting thrown out at 3rd an Aguayo or his own stupidity? Just turned it on.

Definitely him. He hit it off the big wall in left and it bounced over Willingham's head. Reyes could see as he rounded second that Willingham was picking up the ball, but tried for the triple anyway.

Keith showing off his great understanding of earth science, telling us that the sun sets later as you go further south during the summer. Of course, it is exactly the opposite - the further north you go (while in the northern hemisphere) the closer you get to the north pole, where at the summer solstice the sun doesn't set at all. As you get closer to the equator, sunrise and sunset get closer and closer to exactly 12 hours apart all year round. Sunset today in NYC is 8:14 PM, while in Miami it is 8:08 PM, 6 minutes earlier.

    Compared to 28 > 31 I don't think this one even rates.

I've never seen a pitcher sweat so much that it drips off his cap. Weird.

Beltran with the rare two-out RBI hit. 2-1 Mets.

I love how every team manages like it's the world series against the mets. So much for any hope of Easley getting a hit here.

Get the lefty/righty specialists up in the bullpen. This could get ugly very quickly.

Keith continues to amaze. He agrees with the decision to put in Jacobs here (to hit away instead of bunt), but constantly talks about how great it is when Mets are sent up to bunt. And he realizes that his whole argument (play to win at home) is not what the cliche says, but he doesn't back off his opinion anyway.
