    That pissed alot of people in Vegas off because he was supposed to pitch for Iowa here in Vegas Sat night.

    As a Cubs fan I like what I've seen from him so far. Very good heat on his fastball and he has a couple of raw offspeed pitches he's working on. Wood's injury is going to give us a good chance to see what the kid has.

    In the playoffs they are going to have a sick 7 8 9 With him Marmol and Wood

    shit so hes thrown into the closer role in the middle of a pennant race. Danm thats a pretty big responsibility

    Yea it is, good thing for him its happened at a time when the Cubs bats have sprung back to life in the last few games. He'll get a chance to get some innings in whit a decent lead and work on becomming a good set up guy for wood when he gets back.

    Don't think that's true. Marmol has pitched since that rumour started spreading.
