No kidding...I literally said out loud a few times "what the fuck is he doing?" and then followed that up with "holy shit" after I saw what he was doing. That first submission you mentioned was so cool I hope we get to see it again
Triple H to SmackDown? F U Vince. F U very much. I was ticked off with JR being moved, but Triple H and Kennedy? SmackDown is garbage. They just switched the stars of the two shows and threw Punk to RAW for shits and giggles. This isn't going to get me to actually watch SmackDown. Man I'm pissed. And what's with the stupid McMahon is seriously injured BS story? If you don't want to give out any more money, just don't Vince. Stupid, just stupid.
^ I'm willing to bet HHH finds a way to wiggle his way back to RAW. No idea how, but I'm sure I read somewhere that HHH prefers RAW, and I don't think McMahon would have him work on SmackDown against his will.... Either that, or they're getting desperate for ratings on Friday nights... Hey Vince, here's a clue- you want people to start watching SmackDown again? Move it back to Thursdays, get rid of Vickie Guerrerro (seriously.... she's not even a heel, she just sucks), and make a championship match end legitimately once in a while... Maybe people will watch... RAW without JR is gonna be weird though....
Agree 100% on every single bolded point. However, I think Triple-H is stuck there, at least for the foreseeable future. Besides Edge, MVP, and now Kennedy, who besides HHH is worth watching on that show at all? Taker retiring is going to take a huge toll on that show. Friday night is a terrible night to air a show catered to the 18-35 demographic. You would think Vince would be smarter than that. They should just scrap ECW and SmackDown, and just do a 3-hour RAW every week. Then they could actually cycle some characters around. While SmackDown viewership must be low, ECW's must be toilet-level.
I'm sick of HHH's mug on RAW. Been there forever it seems like. I'm up for seeing JR on Smackdown and Cole on RAW. I've always liked Cole. Maybe sending JR to Smackdown in addition with Kennedy and HHH will help the ratings a bit. What was currently on RAW was simply not working, obviously with the ratings. Change it up, get fresh faces, new match ups, new feuds, etc.
Raw was pretty unwatchable before, now no HHH and Kennedy, forget about it. Once Orton gets healthy, it'll just be Cena/Batista/Orton. Three awful no talents.
Does anyone else find the new version of the Jericho heel totally unwatchable? I just can't wait until Cena beats HHH, then CM Punk challenges him to a title match at SummerSlam with his MITB. Couldn't they have at least kept the Hardy Boys together? Alone, neither has enough personality to hit it big. As a tag team, the mix of styles is at least entertaining. Oh, also, I can't stand Michael Cole. I would have settled for the King being traded for Foley, but not JR for Cole.
Nice. CM Punk new World Champ. Moments like THAT are what might improve the ratings, not giving away money.
 CM Punk steals the World Heavyweight Title. It seems like they're trying to reverse the entire way they conduct the shows. I really don't like this.
I don't think Punk will hold the title long... They just used him to get the title back to RAW.... Money in the Bank is really one of the best innovations WWE has made.... It gives them the ability to bail out of any championship storyline, any time they want... By the way.... A Batista/Cena feud for the title, I think, would be COMPLETELY unwatchable... Those are the two top superstars on RAW right now though, so sadly, it may be inevitable...
And here I thought, they would just recycle a title again among the same damn people that have had the same damn belts about 500 times already. Kofi Kingston the IC champ, CM Punk the Raw champ, and even the new tag champs, I like it. Every few years, even Vince wakes up and realizes he's got to promote fresh blood to keep everything from going totally stale. Did you hear the pop Punk got from the crowd? He's already over with the fans. I don't think they'll just make this a one and done, one-week reign. At least, I hope not.
^ There's one way to get over with the fans really quickly--- Beat Edge.... That was fun... I'm not a huge Punk fan, but that was totally out of nowhere, and really a great piece of writing by WWE...
I wouldn't doubt it for a minute, but I hope you're wrong. Punk paid his dues, and built a loyal following despite being buried on ECW. Sometimes; if you do things right, keep your nose clean, work hard, and do whatever BS they tell you without bitching, sometimes you earn a chance.
Santino needs to be pushed ASAP. Even though I don't really care for Mysterio, I'm glad Santino is getting to feud with a big name. Best on the mic in a while.
