Exactly. I think you will find very few true-handed wideouts with blazing speed. Moss is an anomaly. Football speed is what matters, and it has far more to do with some of the other combine drills than it does with 40 time. Coles' success is mostly toughness and precision. He's got excellent hands and concentration and he does have a lot of quickness, he just isn't going to torch pursuers like Leon Washington can.
