Tim Tebow can't be projected as a Top 10 pick RIGHT NOW...he has to prove that he can be a passer first.

James Laurinaitis will be a top 10-15 pick and he'll go before Brian Cushing.

Knowshon Moreno will be a top 10 pick, and LeSean McCoy will probably be picked 15-20.

Michael Johnson #2 overall? Really? He's a pretty good player, but unless he has an outstanding combine, he should stay out of the top 10.

Vince Oghobaase is one of my favorite sleeper/small school guys in this draft. Dude is the perfect 3-4 end, and has the potential to be the Kentwan Balmer of '09.

Duke isn't a small school...they just suck. I know what you meant though.

Knowing what I meant and pointing it out to me before telling me you knew what I meant...thanks.

    Couple other things:

I don't think McCoy makes it to the second.

Tyson Jackson, Tim Tebow, Selvie, and Johnson in the top 10 doesn't seem right. I like Jackson enough, but he sucked last year. Tebow will be a big time project at QB. I really like Selvie, but Hardy, Evans, and Orakpo will fight for that top DE/OLB prospect spot. He can def. go top 10 though. I think Johnson has to prove himself a little more, but he has the potential to be a beast.

Please people understand.. Tim Tebow will be a garbage NFL player. Matt Stafford is a stud.

To me there arent really any cant miss prospects Stafford is probably the most talented pure QB but he hasnt put it all together yet.I dont really love Tebow right but from what ive been reading he will most likely be the first QB chosen if he enters next year.

DE as of right now is deep but physically Michael Johnson seems to be the most talented 6'7 247.Great speed great size.
I dont love Tyson Jackson and now that i think about it Hardy will probably go ahead of him.

As of James Laurinaitis yeah he is a top 10-15 player but unless there is a need he wont be chosen da same thing with Moreno just look at the teams in the top 10 how many of them need a RB. New Orleans doesnt need another MLB so he wont go ahead of Cushing unless they feel he can play OLB which really he probably can.

Regarding McCoy im just praying he makes it to 2nd maybe he wont but hey anything can happen. If he doesnt hopefully we can trade for him.

I realize this is a mock draft almost a year before the actual draft...but if the Pats somehow got Brinkley in the late second I'd flip my shit. That guy has the potential to be the best 3-4 ILB prospect in a draft with some really, really good ones.

Jasper Brinkley doesn't have the same athleticism that Maualuga and Laurinaitis have, but he makes plays. Brinkley is a bigger version of David Harris. He deserves to be a top 20 pick next April.

I'll keep you guys updated on Brinkley week to week when the Gamecock's season starts because I'll most likely attend every home game. He should dominate...again...and earn All-American honors in 2008.

South Carolina is going to be full of 3-4 talent in the upcoming seasons:

SRs: Jasper Brinkley 6'2 275 ILB

JRs: Eric Norwood 6'2 270 OLB

SOs (loaded): Melvin Ingram 6'2 269 ILB, Clifton Geathers 6'7 290 DE, Ladi Ajiboye 6'1 300 NT/DE, Jarriel King 6'7 287 DE, and Kenrick Ellis 6'5 335 NT was recently dismissed from the team, but he'll end up on an FCS team somewhere. King and Geathers are going to man handle offensive linemen.

well I would say possition wise I'd flip the possitions, RB before ILB I know LBs are key for a 3-4 but still we have no explosivness on offense none, especially if Kellen is gone

If we can somehow get Maualuga in the draft we would have the most dominant linebacking crew in the league....assuming Gholston and Pace pan out like we expect. Getting Maualuga would give us two ILB who were the best run stoppers in their respective classes. Not to mention the sheer number of big hits we would see between him and Harris.
