Pennington obviously. After him it would have been Vilma haha. So I guess if I could give one other player I have as a favorite after those two it would be Rhodes.

1)coles you guys can say what you want but this guy is a classic bring your pail player come sunday. a throwback of what a tough reciever should be with great speed.

2)washington didnt follow college football till i moved down to FL and became an FSU fan during the Ward days. watched all of leons career and saw amazing potential in him was extatic when we drafted him. if our line ever decides to runblock he will put up monster YPC numbers. kick return and slot value also

3)Harris i dont think anyone can question why hed make anyones list. anyone who knows football knows why. nuff said

4)Clemens I dont talk about it alot cuz its the same retreads of a dead horse im done beating but when we first drafted him I talked him up ALOT. due to all the chad vs kellen shit i just stay away with it. but I watched him in college and noticed pro potential in him as early as his Soph yr. I expect him to be a key contributor if we ever get the line truly solidified and actually hand him the reigns

5)Cotchery Same case with Clemens, when we drafted Cotchery I literally thought we drafted him to start as a rookie due to his great college career. hes the reciever who made philip rivers a top pick. watching him sit on the bench under Herm made me want to punch my TV and this is one of those players you get what you expect from in my case and I love to watch him playl.

its hard to only rank 5 but of course i also love Revis wanted him extremely bad predraft he was one of my top players and i went nuts when i saw us jump ahead of PIT for him. also Rhodes being hes been a pro bowl caliber player since he stepped on the field probably crazy for not having him up here I liked him at Louisville alot too. alot of our core team players are some of the few i happened to see alot of in college so its coincidental. and Jenkins, yeah hes a first yr Jet but im in Tampa and ive watched this guy dominate for years. anyone doubting him is retarded the guy bounced back from a knee injury at a position where knees are everything and hasnt shown any true signs of dropoff in his game. also hes one of those fiery guys you want definitely has a gameday presence. cant wait to see him with our LB core oh yeah the post under me reminded me. Miller, love his return ability and the guy has the physical ability to be a shutdown corner if he can get the mental part of the game down. hopefully he shows up this yr.

Well, I have to honestly say Chad Pennington. He has been my favorite Jet in a long time... He got injured, and we cheered that. Yet he got healthy and performed to the best of his abililities -- yeah, I thin CP is a fuggin warrior, and he will be a great teacher for Kellen

Lets see 1st would be Vilma but he is now on another team so he does not count. Then there is Robertson he to is another team so he to does not count. Then there is Baker oops he is holding out & probably will not be with the team when the gun goes off for game 1. What is one to do? Oh go with the dominating OLman named the "Brick" for reasons I do not know since he can not run block nor can he pass block against a straight bull rush. Maybe I will go with Barton or Barrett or Thomas 3 starters who probably would not start for any other team. However on the brighter side there is LW, DR, KR, DH, & maybe some of the UFAs we signed this year who will make an impact. Time will tell if it was money well spent

Leon Washington. He's undersized, fast as hell, underappreciated and doesn't get enough carries. Very easy guy to rally behind.

Sure he did...but my point was that I believe Harris could've surpassed Willis if he started as many games as Willis. Willis's stats aren't that much better than Harris's...and Willis had 8 more starts.

Of the players that have played for the jets I would have to say Harris. I can see Jenkins or Gholston taking that over if they have the type of years I think they can.
