ESPN Draft tracker shows we now have #113 and GB's 5th round choice as well

Good job, Jets. We have to start getting more picks.

We got their earliest 4th and their late 5th. Good trade IMO.

  5. The value is gone for CB's w/ King and Branch going off the board.

I like either Frank Okam, Roy Schuening, or Donald Thompson at this next spot.

I really wanted Justin and we almost had him for a cheap price.

My new pick would be Joshua Barrett S ARIZONA ST

We shine in the 4th. Let's go Tannenbaum.

Would not mind seeing us take John David Booty at 113.

Me too. I thought he had great potential as a DE. I did however complain earlier about how the team was throwing away picks, so I shouldn't complain about this move.

    From newyorkjets.com, Randy Lange blog:

"And the Jets and the Packers have just completed more business to start Day 2. The Jets have sent their fourth-round pick, No. 102 overall, to GB for the Pack's four (No. 113) and five (No. 162). This fourth-rounder was the pick the Jets got from New Orleans in the trade of LB Jonathan Vilma. "

JD Booty would be a great pick at this point. I don't know if we can afford to take a QB; we need a CB and maybe an OL.

I am guessing management sees Moore as a workout warrior and that is why they shied away from him thus far or something. Maybe hes the man with the 4th rounder we just got.

I wouldent mind Lavelle Hawkins the WR of Cal either here. Small but FAST and great route running player. Alotta poise.

Please no Booty though. I think he will be a great guy to have holding the playbook but I dont know about a go to QB.

I'd like Ahthyba Rubin or Dre Moore at #113

Good trade by Tangini to get more picks

  17. Roy Schuening would be an AWESOME pick at this stage. He'd fit quite well in our scheme and would push Brandon Moore. Than again...ever since Bradway came on...we have shunned depth at OL in the later rounds.

GB traded up with us to get him, so they took Thompson with the original Jets 4th rounder.

Love the move though - move back 11 spots and pick up 162.

Who was the last productive player we got in the 4th round? Kerry Rhodes?
