Slam-dunk, we should trade with Rams.

Slam dunk. The KC trade guarantees this. Jets have spent way too much this off-season to make arun now. They will not let the KC trade ruinb any plans they might have had.
IMHO , Jets are trying to emulate a Giants dominant D, average O, type of team.
They want Chris Long or Gholston to further their plans. With Allen traded, KC needs a D guy.
Jets have no choice, as chips now look like Ryan comes to us at 6.
jets will say 'we spent a crapload this offseason, so what if we throw in a extra pick or two, to get the dominant Defensive STUD we crave.

I smell it, get to the TV early, as we are 1st on clock after this trade and will be picking at 3:05 PM Saturday.

i personally think if the jets trade up to the rams it will be for mcfadden. The jets will finally get that explosive player that teams really need to gameplan for.

That will be a horrible trade, from 6 to 2, to go get a player who may very well be there for you at 6.Even if he is not there, stay put and see what happens.

Remember when George Tenet, former director of the CIA told Bush that it was a "slam dunk" that Iraq had WMD?

I agree. We stay at 6, get the man we want or trade down for more picks. No way we move up and give anymore picks epsecially, since this is considered a deep draft. If we move up and pick a RB, I will be really pissed.

Well then Im Glad ure not the gm. Getting an explosive player that teams need to gameplan for is completely unneccessary in this league, and is just "sexy" for the fans. Good teams are built around dominant lines on both sides of the ball.

    This doesn?t make any sense.

    1. We got Faneca, Woody, Richardson, Chatman and Franks for O and Pace and Jenkins for D. We spend much more $$$ for O, so where?s that Idea for building a dominant D and average O from?

    2. There are no Studs in the Draft, everyone is just a player, who never played a single down in the NFL.

    3. KC still needs a OL, too. Albert and Clady are as likely/unlikely to go there as Long or Gholston are.

    4. Include something like "My Thought" in the Title when posting some shit like that.
