Seriously, think about that, though. Wang throws the same delivery, the ball will either go really hard with slight movement, really hard with sharp downward movement, or he could change up the speed entirely.

I just heard Chris Russo "enlighten" the audience by reminding the fans that Joba wasn't a high draft pick, and wasn't a good college pitcher.

Does this guy still get paid to do this?

he does. and he gets paid a lot! hes the biggest moron on radio. this is a guy who predicts a team will win a given game because "mike, they really need this game" hahaha what the fuck does that mean?

  16. Whats the story w/ Eric Duncan? Does he have any future w/ the Yanks? Seems like he's really faded...

Not really. He had a back issue early on as a pro, and had to alter his stance because of it. It's pretty much drained his power. But I wouldn't say that's the only reason he's been a "bust". He was very raw coming out of HS, he might not have ever put it together even without the back problem.

He's still really young, though. The talent is there. I've heard it's a combination of the back issues plus attitude problem (and by attitude problem, I'm talking more about a rumored lack of desire. I guess he hasn't been busting his butt to improve).

Yankees lose for the first time this season (3-1-1 in ST), falling against Minnesota 7-5.

Duncan is hitting well and got another HR today.

The loss went to Edwar who game up 3 runs in 1 inning.
